Planning Representative

class experience to every client we serve. As a Planning Representative, you’ll play a
key role in shaping the client experience and building lasting relationships that drive our
success. If you’re passionate about client service, detail-oriented, and excited to grow in

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact, creating a warm and professional onboarding experience for clients.
  • Build long-term relationships by helping clients navigate investment and advanced planning solutions.
  • Identify leads through service interactions and make strategic introductions to the advisory team.
  • Manage multiple client service projects and enhance internal workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Support the firm’s most valued clients with a high level of professionalism and care.
  • Champion new technologies and share best practices with the team.
  • Contribute to the culture of continuous learning and excellence at the Hilton Head branch.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, banking, insurance, or financial services is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Passion for helping others and a desire to grow within the wealth management industry.
  • Willingness to pursue the SIE, Series 7, Series 65, and CFP® certifications (support provided).
  • A team-first mindset and commitment to delivering world-class service.
